Never enough hours in the day.

I’ve been super busy. Not that I’m really complaining about that, but still. I have tons of new ideas and old ones that need to be worked out and I can’t seem to find the time to make it all happen. The last thing I want to do at 7:00pm after sitting in front of a computer for 9 to 10 hours is sit in front of a computer for a couple more. Hooray job…again I’m glad I have one. I’m just saying.

I’m on a plane right now on the way back to St. Louis. Originally it was just going to be a photo trip and family visit with a wedding of a family friend right before I left. Now I’m also glad to be there for my mom who is in the hospital after a deck she and eight other people where on collapsed. Broken ribs, a punctured lung and a cracked tibula and fibula on the left leg. Not fun.

I’ll also get to see two really good friends that I don’t talk to as often as I should. One of whom has a baby. All my friends are having babies. I guess it’s been happening for the last year or so, this whole baby thing. Still weird to me, but a good weird.

Almost have myself and Kelly Towles’ design collective site finished and ready to launch. We are calling it the Ballast. We have been busy with a couple of regular paying jobs actually. Hope it leads to more.

The flight attendent just rolled by. Man, airline service sucks now. They only serve you soda or juice now. The snacks even cost money. $4 for a bag of fucking mixed nuts! Seriously? When I tried to change my flight to come home early after my mom’s accident they wanted to charge my $1200 to move my flight up a couple of days. U could understand $100 maybe even $200, but what is the justification for $1200?

I’m gonna wrap this up and take more pictures of clouds. I keep taking the same pictures every time I fly, and it still looks beautiful.
